11月30日，一场古朴隆重的师承拜师仪式暨中医药服务模式改革推进会在丰台区中医医院举行，世界针灸学会联合会执委/加拿大中医发展联盟主席/天一针法创始人李荣刚教授与八位弟子缔结师徒情缘，共同开启一段传承与责任的旅程。

凡大医治病，必当安神定志，无欲无求，先发大慈恻隐之心

遵古风，延古训，弘师道。伴随着古朴的音乐响起，拜师仪式正式开始，导师端坐台前，弟子们依次走上前，呈拜师帖、奉茶、行拜师礼、献拜师礼、献花，老师回徒帖后合影留念。弟子们以最传统、隆重的礼仪，正式拜入李荣刚教授门下，开启师承学习之旅。拜师仪式由加拿大华人作家、加拿大华人移民史研究者贾葆蘅女士及国家中医药博物馆党政办公室副主任张志军作为见证人。

李荣刚教授在师父训诫中，对八位继承人寄予厚望，表示未来将把自己的学术思想、临床经验与技术专长倾囊相授，助力继承人们成长为具有良好医德医风的中医药骨干人才。弟子代表孙光亚在发言时表示，将以最虔诚的态度，认真学习天一针法的每一个细节，虚心向师父请教，立志成长为中医学的栋梁之才，永葆医者初心，不负师望不负韶华，为传承中医尽绵薄之力。

加拿大华人作家、加拿大华人移民史研究者贾葆蘅女士在讲话时表示，中医作为中华民族的瑰宝，蕴含着几千年的医学智慧和文化底蕴。在这条漫长的道路上，师承关系是中医传承的重要纽带。师父不仅是知识的传授者，更是经验的引导者和心灵的启迪者。作为弟子，今天你们选择了拜师，不仅是对师父的尊重与信任，更是对中医事业的坚定承诺。

2024年11月6日下午4点，加拿大国会议员Parm Bains访问了位于加拿大卑诗省列治文市李荣刚天一针法传承工作室诊所。这次访问旨在表彰李荣刚天一针法传承工作室的杰出成就。Parm Bains国会议员助理Jeff Guo先生和加拿大烈治文市著名人士Loren Slye先生，一起参观了李荣刚天一传承工作室烈治文诊所。Parm Bains国会议员受到了天一针法传承工作室创办人李荣刚教授、关振雄医师、丁余心医师和陈藿呈医师的热情接待。Parm Bains国会议员与李荣刚教授深入交流有关中医发展的展望与理念并对李荣刚教授与其团队的贡献表示高度赞赏。他强调中医与现代医疗体系的融合将是未来医疗发展的重要方向，未来将继续支持和推动中医的发展，并呼吁更多的医疗机构和专业人士参与到中医的研究和应用中来。李荣刚教授分享了他对中医未来发展的愿景，并强调了中医在预防和治疗疾病方面的独特优势。Parm Bains国会议员对此表示高度认同，并表示将在政策层面上提供更多支持来推动中医在加拿大的发展。

2024年10月12日，世界针灸学会联合会2024国际针灸学术研讨会在英国伦敦瑞迪森酒店会议中心隆重开幕。本次大会由世界针灸学会联合会、中国中医科学院共同主办，英国中医药学会、英国医学针灸学会承办，中国针灸学会等协办。国家中医药管理局副局长黄璐琦视频致辞，中华人民共和国驻大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国大使馆科技公参丁明勤，世界卫生组织传统补充与整合医学处负责人金承哲，世界针灸学会联合会主席刘保延，世界针联副主席、中国中医科学院党委副书记杨龙会，英国皇家医学会会长吉莉安·冷，英国中医药学会会长邢玫，英国医学针灸学会会长费德里科·坎波斯等人出席开幕式并致辞，英国针灸学会首席执行官亚历克斯·雅各布、英国执业理疗师针灸协会董事兼首席执行官保罗·巴特斯比、世界针联执委会及团体会员代表、当地针灸师、中医师及相关专业人员500余人参会。开幕式由世界针灸学会联合会秘书长杨金生、英国中医药学会秘书长祝柏芳主持。

刘保延主席对各位嘉宾的到来表示热烈欢迎。他表示中医针灸已经走向世界，在196个国家和地区得到推广，世界针联作为国际性针灸团体组织，始终坚持立会宗旨，聚焦国际学术交流与合作对话等重点任务，成功举办了40余次世界针灸学术大会和国际针灸专题学术研讨会，在30多个国家和地区组织“一带一路”中医药针灸风采行活动。希望通过本次大会，增进世界各地的传统医学及针灸医学深度融合，增进学术交流与发展，让中医针灸为人类健康做出更大的贡献。大会主题是“针灸的研究推广与临床应用”，为期两天，安排了15个学术分会场进行专题报告，来自世界各地针灸专家围绕中医药针灸临床研究与典型医案、现代中医针灸基础研究进展、传统医学融合创新与与应用进行探讨。大会同期设置由中国中医药报支持的“中医针灸”非物质文化遗产展，并配套中医针灸产业展，让与会代表充分感受中医药针灸的独特魅力。研讨会上，专家学者们还讨论了中医针灸在现代医学中的应用前景。随着全球对中医药的认识和接受度不断提高，中医药针灸在治疗慢性病、预防疾病和促进健康方面的优势越来越受到重视。大家一致认为，中医药针灸与现代医学的结合将为人类健康带来更多的福祉。

加拿大中医发展联盟主席、加拿大中医之家之家创始人李荣刚教授暨加拿大中医之家副主席陈藿呈医师应邀参加了这次盛会。李教授发表了他在天一针法方面的最新研究成果，介绍了“天一圆道循环治疗体系临床应用”还详细阐述了在治疗痛症、内科、妇科、五官科以及多种疑难杂症方面的成功疗效。他强调了“天人合一”的理念，认为人体与自然界密切相关，通过调整人体内部的平衡，可以达到治疗疾病的目的。李教授的报告当场引起了学者们的极大关注、并引发了热烈的讨论和交流。李荣刚教授在讨论中指出，天一针灸圆道循环治疔体系的成功不仅在于其疗效，更在于其理论基础的科学性和实践中的灵活应用。他强调，天一针法的理论基础是建立在中医经典理论之上的，同时结合了现代医学的研究成果，这使得天一针法在治疗效果上更加显着。李教授强调如此成果不仅展示了中医针灸的独特魅力，也为中医针灸的国际化发展提供了新的思路。李荣刚教授和陈医师会后感想表示，此次会议不仅让他们更了解针灸和中医药的最新研究成果，还结识了来自世界各地的顶尖专家学者，为未来的合作打下了坚实的基础。

"It felt like there was a surge of energy rising, and I was more energetic than before! Moreover, during the acupuncture process, my hearing noticeably improved, and the voices of people around me seemed louder!" On March 3rd, at a training session on the "UTCMH Acupuncture System" at Beijing Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, a 52-year-old male patient named Mr. Guo, who had been experiencing chronic fatigue, excessive sweating, and hearing loss, was amazed at the speed of the acupuncture's effects. Professor Rong Gang Li, Chairman of the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Alliance and the founder of UTCMH Acupuncture System, performed the demonstration and explained the fundamentals to the attending trainees, who listened intently. This unique acupuncture training session was part of the Southern Central Axis Traditional Chinese Medicine International Cooperation and Exchange Conference. At the opening ceremony of the conference, Dr. Xiaonian Wang, the Director of Beijing Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, explained, "In early January this year, the hospital successfully signed a contract with the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Alliance to establish UTCMH Acupuncture training centre. Now, two months later, we are hosting this special event, hoping to build a high-quality platform for exchanging the traditional medical techniques and culture between the TCM experts in China and Canada, and to advance the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine globally."

On March 2, 2024, the "Southern Central Axis Traditional Chinese Medicine International Cooperation and Exchange Conference and the first offline exchange meeting between Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Alliance" officially held at the Fengtai District Government Service Center. Over a hundred TCM experts gathered to discuss the future roadmap in the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. The conference signed a collaboration intention agreement on "Southern Central Axis Traditional Chinese Medicine Education and Research” between the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Alliance and Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and awarded Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital the plaque "UTCMH Acupuncture System Research & Education Centre".

On March 3rd, Beijing Society of Integrated TCM/MD hosted Rong-Gang Li disciple initiation ceremony. The host, Yalin Zhang, introduced Prof. Li and his six disciples.

Prof. Rong-Gang Li     the founder of both UTCMH Acupuncture System and the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Alliance. He is a disciple of the National TCM Master of China Liu Zhiming Liu, a doctoral advisor, honored as an ambassador of "Top hundred professions", and one of the top ten innovative academic system doctors in the world. He is the author of "Science of UTCMH Acupuncture". He has spent extensive researches into the science of acupuncture, with extensive clinical and teaching experience, and has taught at several international Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges in Canada, with students from many countries and regions.

Xiao-Nian Wang     Dean of Beijing Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Beijing Fengtai District Nanyuan Hospital), a Chief Physician in Internal Medicine, a Psychotherapist, and a Psychological Counselor. Dr. Wang holds a Master's degree in Health Management from La Trobe University in Australia and a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Capital Medical University. He has been recognized as a role model in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, an Outstanding Young Talent in Fengtai District, an Advanced Individual in Community Health Services in Beijing, an Advanced Individual in the Beijing Health System, and recognized for his work in the fight against pandemics in Beijing.

Jin-Xia Zhang     holds a Ph.D. in Medicine and is an Associate Chief Physician and Assistant to the Dean. She has been engaged in clinical and research work on traditional Chinese medicine for health preservation and anti-aging for 15 years. She has studied and worked at the Health Preservation and Rehabilitation Department of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, and the Dermatology Institute of Peking Union Medical College. She has translated and co-translated several academic works related to health preservation and anti-aging, participated in numerous national and military research projects, and published 18 academic papers in Chinese and SCI journals. She holds 39 national invention patents.

Hai-Wei Dou     holds a Ph.D. in Medicine and a postdoctoral researcher. He graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Capital Medical University. He is engaged in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine research and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases. He has participated in more than 10 national key research and development projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and Beijing Natural Science Foundation projects, and has led one university-level project. He has published over 20 articles.

Min Wu     a principle physician with a Master degree in Medicine. He graduated from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He participated in the undergraduate research assistant program at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and was awarded "Outstanding Scholar". He successfully patented a therapeutic device for treating knee joint pain. He also published the research "Application of Palliative Care in Clinical Education for Oncology from a Situational Perspective".

President Xiao-Jian Zhao     over 10 years of experience in management and operation of health and medical field. He is a member of the Medical and Health Work Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, the Vice President of the Endocrinology Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine Information, the Vice President of the Beijing Diabetes Research Association, the Secretary-General of the Chronic Disease Management Professional Committee of the Beijing Chinese Medicine Association, the Secretary-General of the Endocrinology Professional Committee of the Beijing Association of Integrative Medicine, the Secretary-General of the Science Popularization Branch of the China Association of Folk Chinese Medicine Research and Development, the "Ambassador of Love" of the China Association of Folk Chinese Medicine Research and Development, a disciple of the renowned Chinese medicine professor Lan Lin, graduated with master degree from Peking University's  Guanghua School of Management, a recipient of the Capital Metabolic Disease Prevention and Control Research Excellence Contribution Award, and the author of the [Chinese Medicine Masters Lecture Hall] series book "The Precision Treatment Guide for Diabetes".

Fu-Bin Chen     a National Health Manager, a doctor at Fuyitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic, the captain of the Fuyi Red Cross Volunteer Team, an emergency training instructor for the American Heart Association, the president of the Beijing Daxing Chen-style Tai Chi Research Association, a senior acupuncturist, a senior masseur, a Chinese medicine pharmacist, the 12th generation inheritor of traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, and the 5th generation disciple of Yin-style BaGuaZhang. He invented a Tai Chi massage technique, a combination of herbal medicine and finger instead of needles as acupuncture, which was praised by many. He emphasizes the prevention of diseases and incorporates Qigong training. In past 20 years, he promoted overall health, integrating the Chinese martial arts and Tradition of Chinese Medicine, complementing, enhancing, and promoting each other.

From September 3rd to 8th, the 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Services Traditional Chinese Medicine Theme Day Launch Ceremony and the 8th Overseas Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine Conference were grandly held at the Shougang Park in Beijing. Professor Rong-Gang Li from Canada was invited to attend the conference. He was honored as an ambassador of "Top hundred professions" for overseas Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine. His invention, "UTCMH Acupuncture System" was also awarded as top acupuncture innovation from overseas Traditional Chinese Medicine development.
